What you need for cooking:
- 15 g (1 tbsp.) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) flour
- 300 ml (1.5 cups) of milk
White milk sauce - recipe:
1. Melt the oil in Medium mode (450 W) for 45-60 seconds.
2. Pour in flour and grind.
3. Pour in the milk gradually and mix well until smooth.
4. Cook for 1 ½ min. High mode (900 W). Stir and cook another 1½ minutes. The sauce should be shiny, viscous, smooth, without lumps.
Possible options for white sauce:
- Mushroom: Add 50 g of finely chopped mushrooms and 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Of tomato sauce in the middle of cooking.
- Mustard: Add 15 ml (1 tbsp.) French mustard to the sauce in the middle of cooking.
- Green: Add 15 g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley and 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice in the middle of cooking.
- Onion: Pre-passively chop a little finely chopped onion in the High mode (900 W) for 30 seconds, then mix with butter and flour. Cook further according to the recipe.
