In the Android operating system, a folder named Download. The Download folder, as a rule, is located in the root directory of the internal memory available to the user. If a memory card is installed in the smartphone (tablet), then the system can also create a folder for downloaded files on it. The path for it can be specified in the application settings, which download files.
To find the downloaded files you need to install any file manager on your smartphone (tablet).
If you did not find an object downloaded from the network in the Download folder, then probably the application created its own folder and saved the file to it. For example, the UC Browser uploads files to its folder called UCDownloads.
You can change the location for downloaded files in your browser settings.
Open the application settings, select "Download Settings»And specify the folder in which the files downloaded by the browser will be placed.
After downloading the file, a notification message about successful upload will appear in the notification line. Having opened the curtain with a vertical swipe down, you can view the file by tapping on the notification.

Method 1: Use the pre-installed Download application
This method works for most Android devices. Most likely, if you go to the main menu of your mobile device, you will find an application called “Downloads”. The application provides direct access to the file upload folder.
Method 2: Use Android File Managers
Another way to access the downloads folder is to use additional file manager applications, similar to those available for Mac or PC. Some Android devices come with pre-installed file managers.
However, if you do not have a file manager, then you can download it from the Google Play Store. One of my favorite Android file managers is called Total Commander.
To find a list of all downloaded files using the file manager, simply open the application and go to the “Smartphone memory”, “Internal memory” or “SD card” section (sometimes the directory is called / sdcard).
After you have moved to the necessary directory, you need to find a folder called Downloads. Open the folder and you will see a list of all downloaded files.
Method 3: View downloaded files through a computer
If you want to access the downloaded files through a computer, you need to connect the Android device to your Mac or PC using a USB cable.
After connecting the mobile device via USB, you will receive a notification on the computer screen with a brief instruction on how to access the smartphone’s memory.
Some Android devices ask for a way to use USB, such as charging, file transfer, photo transfer (PTP), or MIDI. You need to select File Transfer.
After successfully connecting your Android device to the computer, go to the internal memory or SD card directory and find the Download folder.
